To better ensure that your entries are promptly and correctly taken, we ask that you register for any or all of WCHS events is via phone.

Registration courtesy deadline. Please try to have all entries with the hunter(s) and dog name(s) called in on Saturday, one week prior to the start of an event. Entries will be added after these dates if run times are available and no conflicts will be created. Furthermore, there are a limited number of entries available per division per event. Please try to get your entry requests in early.
